Hi, I can’t download the app because my phone has been stolen and I need my number phone to recover the password of my ID of apple. Could I know if my card is in its way to my house? 
Otherwise I can go this afternoon to a store. Please, I need to get my number as soon as possible. I tried to see in the website of Royal Mail but it says that the reference number is incorrect. I tried a lot of times and it’s not possible.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

If your requested one via customer services, it can take between 1-5 days for it to arrive, you cant track them...  No one on here will be able to tell you where it is in the Royal Mail chain.

If you need it urgently, you need to go to an o2 store with Photo ID and they can sort one out for you.

You will also need to call O2 to remove the bars from your account when you get a new sim. 

It won't work immediately.
