How do I get an eSIM to use with a new iPhone, replacing my current Android/nanoSIM?

Easiest option is to call in-store with photo ID

There are so many issues with O2 and esims that we strongly recommend staying with aa physical sim if possible

Just put your nano sim in the iPhone and save yourself much grief.
