Hi,
I called yesterday and arranged a zero spend cap on both my phone accounts. I've had an email confirming a spend cap of zero for telephone number (REMOVED) - but I've have heard nothing regarding telephone number (REMOVED)
Can you please confirm that there is also a spend cap of 'zero' on telephone number (REMOVED)

Sorry, this is not O2 but a community of customers.
You will need to contact O2 again
More importantly you have revealed your numbers on an open forum where they can be picked up by scammers
Use the Down arrow, top right of your post to edit and remove them
