You can use your phone as you do here in the UK and are not charged extra... 

If you have a tariff with other 25GB of data, you can only use 25Gb of data before being charged extra though.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
