Hi All

I've just done a sim swap between o2 sims. My questions are: 1) should I wait until the old one is not working before putting the new one in the phone? Also my old one was on 'pay as you go' and the new one is on 'pay monthly' kind of service. 2) Do I need to contact o2 to cancel my 'pay as you go' service or it is going to happen automatically?

thanks in advance for your help

Tommaso

@Tommaso

You cannot sim swap between PAYG and pay monthly yourself.
You need to call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
