Hi I am contacting yourselves as I need to change my address however the phone number set up with the phone I do not have anymore the SIM card is lost and I cannot change my details without it also I am paying monthly for the SIM card as well as my phone itself is there any chance I can have the SIM card payments removed and just keep paying for my phone and update my number I got now onto the account

Sim needs to be reported lost Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

You will need to pay off the device plan before you can cancel the airtime.
