How do I setup Wi-Fi calling on my account without phoning customer services as I don't get and signal in my house?

You can do it from the app. Go to support and start a chat.

You can turn it on and off in your MyO2 once it's enabled on your account, but if not yet enabled you have no choice other than to go somewhere with a signal to call O2.
