How do I find the ts and cs of the warranty of the phone I ordered directly from O2? It's not in the my O2 section and I can't find it in an email. I only bought it in April....

Resolved! Trying to switch to a rolling plan

Hi I have been trying to switch my daughters phone to a rolling plan but every time I click to switch it just comes up with error we can’t do this right now! I have also tried switching tariff and that comes up with the same thing. Please help!!

Tracking order not showing in My O2

I am expecting delivery of my new handset today.I have received an email confirmoing dispach and giving me a Tracking Number.When I go into My O2, as the website says, it isn't showing, 'Track my Order'.How can I track it?

Resolved! cant access my02 app

Hi,I have downloaded the app, when I log in I get error message. "oops. My02 isn't available to you yet. Don't worry, you can still manage your account in MY02 for web" I can access data on web but not on the app.
