Hello, I am unable to access the bolt on tariff. I have been using this sim since the 8th of February yet it keeps telling me to wait for 48hrs if I’m new on O2. When I try to subscribe, it fails and says “something went wrong”

For over 3 weeks now our mobile signal in Marshwood Vale has been non-existent. It used to be almost perfect and as O2 (and their piggbackers) is the only 4G we can receive both indoors and outdoors it is essential. Broadband and Fibre are not stable...
