If you used the O2 Web Top Up page as explained here - Guide How to Top Up (PAYG) - are you sure you entered the correct mobile number to top up? O2 lets you top up ANY valid O2 PAYG mobile number, non-refundably, from that page. You can also discuss what happened with 02 on 4445 around 08:10am today, if that helps. Good luck.
