When I ordered my phone it said you could get Samsung ear buds for £1 after 30 days. However I've not received a code for this? Anyone know how long it took roughly?

You need to contact O2.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

I reveived the exact same offer, and after more than 30 days, I called customer service having not received the voucher code

 

The rep claimed there was no record of this promotion. Fortunately I had screenshotted the terms aswell as the offer on the device page, and emailed these to him.

 

Hs said hes going to look into it and get back to me within 24-48 hours, I will update accordingly.

 

If you still havent received your code, do ring customer service, and if you have any evidence of the offer, keep it to hand.
