My o2

I've had my o2 for a few years now I've not changed my number in about 10 years and all of a sudden its saying I don't have my o2 anymore and I'm not a user of o2

App saying I can't use My O2

I have been a customer for a while and always used My O2, gone on there today and it says I am not yet eligible for it. Any suggestions? I have force closed and restarted and also updated it. Thanks.
