Has anyone received an email notifying them when their Samsung S21 Ultra will arrive? I can't even see it in my orders. I was hoping it would arrive tomorrow (Friday 29th) but it doesn't look like it.
Also, when I made the order for Samsung S21 Ultra, I did it as a separate contract instead of doing it as an upgrade to my existing contract. Pretty stupid I know! Now I will have two contracts and I want to cancel the old one (which is until November 2021) but I don't want to pay the full amount of my tariff (£200+). Does anyone know if O2 would be able (and willing) to change my new contract to an upgrade to my existing one?

With regard to changing to an upgrade, you'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
