I am currently in the US. Phone and data are working fine. Issue is that when talking to automated lines that give you options and ask you to press a number, the numebrs I press are not being registered.
This means I cannot log in to my voicemail, and also that I cannot use the help line (they cut you off after you dont respond to any questions for 3 minutes).
Is anyone able to help me with this via email or to call me? I need to log in to my voicemail!

I can only think that this is a problem with the network you are connected to.
Can you manually select and try a different network to see if it helps?
