If you were lucky enough to make the deadline then you can claim these. I submitted a copy of my online receipt, screen shot of my Imei and serial information. Alas I still need a dated receipt showing when the order was processed. 

According to the o2 shop I need to contact 202 and ask them to mail me verified proof which I will do tomorrow.

Just so anybody else who puts their claim in knows.  It ran up to the 30th September 2021. I will hopefully get the relevant stuff out of the way by Monday.

Hopefully it is properly submitted. Once I got through to somebody they were quick to help. Unlike other vendors I have used who shall remain nameless.

In fact, I was quite impressed at how quick things got sorted.
