Decided to switch to O2, started a monthly plan, O2 started sending me bills, the only problem is that SIM card has not arrived after a week. Tried to input the tracking number and check on the website, but looks like the tracking number is incorrect. Could anyone let me know what would be the best way to contact O2 to ask about this or what's the customer service email address? Thanks
