Why don't Pay Monthly customers also get the benefits of the Pay As You Go customers, regarding the Rolling Data offer.. It's basically the same, but we pay by direct debit. Please explain & consider expanding the offer.

Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

It's a commercial decision. Same as not having 5G on PAYG 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
