I've been abroad for 10 days and I had a message to say I'd reached my spend cap. I was using hotel Internet. On checking my bill its says I've made several phone calls for a few seconds each and have been charged £2 for each call. I haven't made any calls and I can't seem to get help. Can anyone out there help me please
These would have been calls sent to your phone which were diverted back to your voicemail service. You pay for the return leg even if a message is not left
