I have a separate phone number registered with My O2 to enable me to make certain changes to my account, if required a code is sent to that number to be used to help validate me as the account holder. I no longer have access to that number but cannot change / update to my new number as when I try the required security code is automatically sent to the old but registered number - any ideas I am sure it's an easy fix 👍👍
