I have ended the contract and in last bill I have a refund.
i can’t access the o2 app, when I try and talk to the team the robot sends a text to the old number which doesn’t exist. And I don’t have the old sim.
how do I get this refund, I don’t see where the billing and payment tab is. It’s no there anymore.

If you paid by direct debit and haven't cancelled it with your bank it should go straight back into your account @cucho111
Otherwise contact payment management as advised.
