I'm about to leave o2 and received an email saying that my final bill is £2.40 which is owed to me. I've tried logging in to Myo2 to request a refund but there is no place to do that. Apart from phoning, how else can I request a refund?

If you paid by direct debit it is usually returned to that bank account
