I used to be an O2 customer but then switched to Virgin. Last year I was automatically moved back to O2 (along with my 2 kids phones) but I can’t see any of our accounts on my original O2 account when I log in. I’ve tried to create a new account but it won’t allow it because my email is the same. I was not sent any information when the switch happened regarding a new account/password etc so I have no way of looking at my 3 phone bills. Please help!!!!???

You need to contact O2.
