Download from your recent orders in your MyO2.

You can print as a PDF which can be attached to your claim.

You can find your Airtime and Device agreement within My O2 and you can download it in PDF form.

The option looks like this within My O2.

Hope that helps, Alternately a store can re-print your receipt if done within the last 6 months.
