Hi can anyone help with this?.....
My phone insurance provider requires proof of usage for my device that I'm claiming against. Is there any way to access this information without speaking to an o2 rep? According to insurance company a phone bill is not acceptable. Any help is much appreciated.
P.s I found a few threads relating to this, however I think the fact I can no longer get in contact with o2 is making it difficult.
