Hi guys
Been in contact with o2 for a proof of usage document. I accidently broke my phone at the gym and o2 doesn't log phones not bought from them.
I had s24 ultra and been using it on the network until it broke yesterday.
Need help as insurance need this proof of usage report with correct imei and last usage.

Cheers I've done it through Instagram.
Passed security but they have since gone quiet.
