You will need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202 from any phone or 202 from your o2 phone, and the can do that for you. 

You can also find this sometimes in myo2.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
