My bill is rising by 10.7% , I am happy with O2 service and product but this rise is not warranted.
While it is affordable for me, any loyalty to O2 is gone and I will when allowable move my account. I don’t imagine this will worry O2 but it will make me feel better.
Phones and mobile internet are an essential service in todays world and this feels like taking advantage and profiteering on the back of Covid/Brexit.

My Vodafone business contact has gone up a similar amount from the end of this month. It was in the T&Cs as with all networks apart from the MNVO run by Tesco
