Hi, I got a phone call from “your mobile “ claiming to be O2’s business account… we swapped my account over and they said I had to send them my final bill and invoice how ever I can’t get that because Iv now been kicked out of O2 and Iv now received a letter saying I owe £375.18  and my account is terminated and may have a debt collector come to my house…

@MeganJeanes  Your Mobile are a company who sell BUSINESS contracts only. There is no scam apart from the fact that unless you own a business you don't need one of those contracts.

Now if you chose to go with them, unless you  UPGRADED you have to pay O2 what you owe them on your old contract. So no it's not a scam but you haven't been fully informed of the consequences of the difference between taking out a new contract and upgrading.

I don't understand your comment of 'being kicked out of O2'

I am going to ask one of our account advisors to see if she can help.
