How can someone lift the roaming block on my sons phone it’s driving me mad that we have roaming on our contract and his won’t work I’ve spoke to a guru and they’re just saying everything looks fine! It’s happened before too. I’ve tried his sim in my phone and nothing no service. It works fine in the uk? Die anyone have any info on this? Been with 02 for so long but I think this is my last contract with them 😞

Some things to try:
1 - Reboot phone. (or toggle airplane mode).
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Turn off 5g and try 4g or turn off 4g and try 3g.
5 - Check data roaming is turned on.
6 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I'm afraid this is a community forum made up of customers like yourself so we can't access accounts.

Have you tried manually selecting a different network.

You could

Message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
(https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
