Phone was stolen

Hi my new phone hasn’t arrived, l just received empty box with nothing inside, problemy phone was stolen before came to me.

l reported it in 02 shop but still haven’t any answer from 02.

what should I do?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Or you can the sales team from 8am to 8pm on 0808 002 0202 or 0800 081 0255
