@Phonefailing Google the issue to see if anyone else is having the same problems. Also contact Samsung support before going through the hassle of having to get the phone replaced.

Edit: Should you decide to contact customer service, the advice below is taken from a post by one of the O2 Gurus who contribute here. Try calling 202 from your mobile.
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything else which will put you though to someone.
