Only recently bought this phone(Samsung Galaxy A20E so I had an upgrade from my last one, (Samsung Galaxy S7) and this one has had more issues than all my previous mobile's.
Phone shuts itself off with no prior indication, simply happens when any app becomes slightly unresponsive.
All apps close as soon as I enter another application.
Sim card/micro SD card keep disconnecting despite multiple attempts to rectify this.
Cannot move any files to my external SD card due to this.
Please can I get a replacement or a phone which does not constantly fail? Thank you.

@Phonefailing

If less than 30 days old you get get a direct replacement.

If longer than 30 days, it needs to bent off for a repair https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-returns-policy

You can also askk Samsung for help https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Phonefailing Google the issue to see if anyone else is having the same problems. Also contact Samsung support before going through the hassle of having to get the phone replaced.

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/

Edit: Should you decide to contact customer service, the advice below is taken from a post by one of the O2 Gurus who contribute here. Try calling 202 from your mobile.

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything else which will put you though to someone.

Are you within the 14 day change of mind policy?

Either way if the phone is faulty you need to contact O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
