My o2 app

I can't log into the my02 app on my phone at all. It just says the account is wrong, yet when I go on the website it logs in fine. Why won't it log in? Also how the hell do you get to speak to someone from o2 either via email or the phone?

VAT invoice

How do I get a VAT invoice - if I download my "bill" it shows vat but states "this is not a VAT invoice"?
