I need to change the date of my payment it’s scheduled for Monday the 24th however I do not get paid until Friday the 28th

You can change it permanently in MyO2 but it is too late for this month.
If you can't pay then
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
