Hi,
I pay for a rolling plan of £10 per month, this was taken by youfrom my bank account on the 6th November 2024. Today I’ve received texts to say I haven’t renewed account and all the data I had sitting there has been cancelled - about 19.5mb.
I I’m currently on holiday in the UAE so can’t phone to sort this.
Please return this data asap and update to show I’ve paid and that the monthly rolling plan is back showing in my account.
