Honestly, it's unlikely we'll be able to support a 1 hour SLA until Dave returns. 4 hours is probably more realistic until then.

Dave was dedicated solely to the community, but I've got other responsibilities across the business on top so I won't be able to cover to the same level during office hours.

Is this not a good case to allow some trustworthy members mod rights to edit posts then @Kei-M_O2 ?
