I need to inform 02 my PAC code to bring my old number with me. The on-line form clearly doesn't work and no-one at 02 ever answers the phone! Any idea?

They do answer the phone,just a bit slower than normal..
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Hi, I'm the person who's had an O2 account for a week and a half and STILL hasn't had my old phone number moved to the O2 phone account. Tried phoning many times and I actually got through once. Trouble was the operator made all the right noises and said it was all sorted...but it wasn't. Tried the form on the MyO2 page but apparently that's not working at the moment (surprise surprise!) either. Someone techie on the O2 FB page says they're trying to help but they're moving at the speed of a glacier, ie they're managing a sentence a day. I need a working phone (yep, got that) with all my contacts able to phone me (nope, I haven't got that). I have to say, how bad is O2 that they can't even sort this after this amount of time? They've been given the old number, new number and PAC code several times now and I'm still waiting......
