PAC code to move my number to o2

Hi
I filled in the online form to transfer my number over to o2 so I can keep it. I haven’t received a confirmation and can’t seem to get through to o2 over the phone. I don’t know when the transfer will happen or even if the request went though. Help please?

You may have to complete the form again.https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number 

However, ports don't happen over the weekend.

Hi,

I can keep completing the form but how do I know it is being done correctly or has been acknowledged as there is no confirmation? Is there any way you could check this for me from your end to ensure the request has gone through as I keep calling o2 and can only engage with the automated service?

You will receive a text back to the number you are keeping to confirm the request has been accepted.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
