O2 app help

I need to add more numbers on my O2 app. Can anyone please tell me how i do this. Thanks 😄

OK, do you mean add accounts to your log in?

Yes ive got a few accounts and want to put them all on the app in the same place. One is my 16 yr old sons so def need to keep track of that one lol Thanks for your help

You need to log into your main account on a PC http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
You will see a link to "Bring in other products"
Click that link then log in to each account you want to combine with the main account.
Once confirmed, all accounts you own will be under the main account and visible when you log into the app.

Think you would need to add them to your account on the website and then that would pull through to the app.

One point to note, is that once combined I am not sure you can separate them out again...
