My handset contract is with Virgin and my phone bill with 02. I am being passed around from pillar to post trying to pay off the handset. Can someone please help me?! I have been trying for weeks to pay off the handset and no matter what number I call I get no help. All I want to do is pay off this handset. PLEASE HELP!!!

You need to persist with Virgin
Device plan is not managed by O2.
Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
