My handset contract is with Virgin and my phone bill with 02. I am being passed around from pillar to post trying to pay off the handset. Can someone please help me?! I have been trying for weeks to pay off the handset and no matter what number I call I get no help. All I want to do is pay off this handset. PLEASE HELP!!!

You need to persist with Virgin
Device plan is not managed by O2.
Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

The only people who can help are Virgin Media as the device plans where never transfered to o2, so you will have to call them on 0345 6000 789 or 0345 454 1111
There is literally nothing anyone at o2 can do with these loans / device plans
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
