By contacting O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

You can also go in store but take photo ID with you or install an esim throughj your MyO2.

Please bear in mind @Rafa1 that if O2 send out a new SIM by post, they are likely to disconnect your original SIM immediately, thereby leaving you without service for a few days. 

 

For that reason, you might consider the alternatives set-out by @MI5 to be preferable. 👍
