I ordered my new upgrade on Friday 3rd September and it told me my phone was in stock and would be dispatched next day. I went online to track it on the Saturday to make sure I would be at home when it arrived and it told me my phone is awaiting stock from their supplier and would be dispatched when they have stock. Which is weird as it was in stock online anyway. Anyway, on average how long will this take to dispatch to me? I’ve tried contacting their agents with no answer..

This is a community forum so we would have no idea when new stock is delivered. Unfortunately O2's stock level system is NOT live even though phones are still advertised.
