New Apple Watch 9 order query plan minutes & texts

Hello, your representative was on and we agreed on an Apple Watch series 9.  I received the contract by email and I notice the minutes and texts has 0.  What does that mean?

Its a data only plan, as it all links to your iPhone, so you dont need texts and minutes...
