For the last 3 days I can't make or receive calls. I get an error message 'not reistered on network'. Can you fix this?

You need to reach out to o2, either use another phone or Skype and call 0800 081 0255, alternatively nip to an o2 store with Photo ID, and will be able to sort you out a new simcard there and then.
