upgraded to iphone 14 plus on the 20th january, still not received my phone , ive contacted 02 and dpd they just keep passing the book , im really fed up now , so bad this service from both companies .

It's O2's responsibility to get it to you, not for you to have to chase DPD.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

You need to be firm with O2 sales and insist they order a new phone to be delivered to you immediately

Then sales can take up their own issue with DPD and some of their dodgy drivers

If all else fails, threaten them with legal action for breach of contract.
