OTP's (one time passcodes) are sent by O2 to confirm that the actual customer is trying to access certain parts of their account.
If you weren't trying to change billing details, adress, email or upgrade you should report it immediately to O2.
You should also change your O2 password and do not under any circumstances, give anyone else the code.

Hi @KJ89
All contact numbers for O2 are here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
I would check it out. Never heard of a mystery code being sent from O2.
