So, i'm eligible for an upgrade now, I've had my phone 3 years, I've received the text etc. I am definitely eligible for an upgrade. So where it says "good news you can upgrade today, and I click on the link, it says "You have no numbers or accounts to upgrade."
Given the siuation at the moment, I'm reluctant to call customer services, do o2 not have a chat service? It's kind of a pressing matter at the moment because my current S9 is knackered, I can barely do anything on it, I just want a new phone 😞 Help??
