If the app is failing, but this, in a browser, works: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin then you may need to uninstall the app, reboot the phone and reinstall the latest app version from your handset's app store, @Notworking 

Otherwise it is a problem O2 need to address, you can get at them via Social Media using the link just below. Good luck!
