I got a new sim and my account isn't working it's saying after 48 hours is will work it has been 2 weeks and it says I should come here to see if I can get help.

There is nothing anyone can do on here as we are all customers like you, and don't have access to accounts, you will need to contact o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2 has all the details on how to do this.
