I’m trying to upgrade my phone to the new 17 Pro Max, and when I reach the one pound card verification step it keeps failing. I have tried another one of my cards and that does not work either. I even tried a family member’s card and Apple Pay, but neither of those work.
On the My O2 app, when I press pay by card nothing happens at all, so I had to switch to Safari. I simply want to upgrade my phone and I do not understand why it has become such a difficult process.
I also do not live near an O2 store, so that is not really an option.
